TOP SHEET
Isoport 6000-D with a gloss finish is durable and strong. Specially blended high end plastic materials bonded together with silk screen printing creates an extremely light weight top sheet. It also protects the board from impacts and wear and tear.

FIBERGLASS
Higher performance reinforcements increase torsional stiffness and improve snowboard responsiveness by optimizing fiber orientation. Unbalanced reinforcements provide performance demanded by riders. Also provide extra stiffness and stops the board from going concave.

CORE
The full length vertically laminated Poplar wood core is wrapped in a Tri-axial fiberglass (E-Glass) that extends throughout the board from tip to tail. The Poplar wood core has an excellent weight to strength ratio and overall mid-flex feel that is compatible to most riders. This core material and construction gives additional torsional strength, which results in a board that is responsive as well as durable.

FLEX
Our mid-flex pattern has most if its flex around the waist of the board between the rider's feet and gets stiffer as the board extends toward the tip and tail. This mid-flex design has proven to accommodate the most advanced rider to entry level riders by offering easier and faster turn initiations along with more energy and snap to every turn. The stiffer tip and tail gives added stability during hard turns by preventing the tip from folding, thus giving the board an overall stable feel at all speeds.

CAMBER
Our snowboards have varying arches which by design keeps the nose and tail portions of the snowboard in constant contact with the snow. This helps limit the base of the snowboard from stalling out due to suction reaction that occurs when the base glides over the snow.

SIDE-CUTS
Our side-cuts have been specifically dialed in to optimally work with the specific lengths and waist widths on all of our board models. The side-cuts along with our narrow widths profiles give the board optimum performance by offering quick edge to edge response along with the ability to initiate tight turns and finish a carve powerfully and confidently.

FULL-WRAP EDGE
Our Rockwell # 48 finish one piece high carbon steel full-wrap extends 360 degrees around the boards cap construction with deep teeth to anchor the edges to the cap for better retention. The boards are very strong and durable. The full wrap edge prevents the occurrence of tip and tail delamination. As well as edge separations during extreme tip and tail flex that occurs during hard impact.

STANCE
All of our snowboards come with our stainless steel cap inserts with broad stance options to meet the needs of every rider. Stainless steel Rockwell # 48 finish for high performance, ultra strong and allowing a wide adjustment range

P-TEX BASE
Over many years of development the 1850-RSG was manufactured for high performance with a fast surfaces, high impact strength at low temperatures and fast glide speed. It allows the board to glide faster and smoother.
